My last meal in 2021 on New Year's Eve was a linguica jalapeno garlic pizza with a tomato garlic thin crust.

I’ll be making a pasta sauce with ham, olives & chilli. Call it arrabiata if you like. And salad. Maybe a riff on horiatiki but swing it back Italian somehow. Maybe Parmesan instead of feta.

I get it, the only way I like it is in fritters with a bunch of other stuff to disguise the taste, LOL.

I feel the same way about most seafood!
Which brings to mind the mindboggling idea of fish house punch coming from a guy who rarely, if ever, set foot in a fish house and is also non-aggressive and probably doesn't often punch anyone (other than maybe his brothers growing up).
