Noodles with a kick

Well, yes, ramen is pretty junk foody, but you can reduce the sodium content by not putting in all the flavor packet. In addition using peanut butter and or additional vegetables will make it healthier and give it more of a distinctive oriental taste. This is one of the benefits of using ramen noodles. The next time I am in the area I am going to check the store that had the ramen noodle cookbook. Even though I need a new cookbook like a hole in the head, that might be one worth buying.
