Oil or Butter When Cooking Eggs?

I only make scrambled eggs and the occasional omelette. I used to use butter but then read that using olive oil is a healthier alternative, not sure how true that is, so I switched. Sometimes I use a light olive oil but found that tends to burn if I am not careful so I usually stick with the "regular" version of olive oil. I have had success with it and my eggs rarely stick to my cast iron pan.
