Plans for today (2025)

Yeah, because he couldn't give me a definitive answer, it's going to be the prosciutto wrapped asparagus with Italian cheeses (also cooked with onion and slivered red bell pepper then some diced tomato added the last few minutes of cooking). It almost tastes like a crustless vege and prosciutto pizza when all is said and done. It's not a bad meal for later at night since it's mostly vegetables and isn't a gut bomb just sitting in the stomach.
 
I'm going to make gulab jamun today, for a celebration party on Wednesday.
Then I'm going to watch IPL, and by the time that finishes, it will be 2pm.
From 2pm onwards, I may just do something intellectually challenging, like count the leaves on the mango tree.
 
Working (I’ve been since 6:30AM, just now getting a break, but more to follow), mowing the grass probably.
