Pressure cooker chicken soup

I got chicken pieces with lots of bones but also enough meat.
I was thinking of using my stove top pressure cooker to make chicken soup, more precise : soto ayam, roughly using this recipe Indonesian Chicken Soup (Soto Ayam) Recipe | Wok & Skillet

Is there any reason why I couldn't brown the chicken pieces, add and fry the spice mixture and then bring up to pressure?
That's what I would do. 👍

Fresh bean sprouts! Only ones around here are in a can. ☹️

You can sprout almost any dried bean, pea or lentil on a window sill. Just soak them first. I usually simply put them resting on damp kitchen paper in a plastic storeage box ( no lid). Takes only a few days...
I've never really thought about it. Still in my head the Asian stores with large tubs of sprouts and you get what you want that they weigh at checkout. I almost need a sprouting room! 🤠

I use a kilner jar with a piece of gauze instead of a lid.
Soak mung beans for 12-24 hours, then drain and keep dark.
Rinse 1 or 2 times daily
Takes a day or 2, maybe 3.
30-40 gr mung beans make a full jar.
Mung beans are about 3-4 dollars a kg here.
Mind you, if they are too old, they won't sprout anymore

None of those around here. I'd have to drive about 80 miles and then they'd be old coming from a super sized Asian store.
It's worth a try when you get there
You can still eat them as beans if they don't sprout
The once that did not work were probably 3 years old. I had forgotten about them.
You can try soy beans or other beans or peas instead
