Yes. But pizzas are not normally primarily egg dishes. So @Berties's post was relevant as it was a way of making eggs star in the dish. If I everyone started posting omelette recipes, it would just replicate the recent omelette thread with multiple variations on the omelette. As you perfectly well know... and I know you know.
