Salmon!

I love salmon and the fact that not only is it good for me but that there are so many delicious ways to prepare it. I like to grill it seasoning it withe rosemary or dill, as well as cooking it in a variety of other ways.

Reading that bit about dill brings to mind the gravlax that me ex-girlfriend used to make! It's really delicious eaten with some good dark rye bread and some cucumber salad! Whoever invented gravlax is a genius!
 
I have never heard of salmon with brussels sprouts before! I usually simply bake it in the oven with a knob of butter and a squeeze of lemon. Salmon wellington is also nice- salmon coated in puff pastry. Salmon works well with Asian flavors, such as soy or teriyaki sauce.
