Ingredients:
1 Pasilla chile, toasted
1/4 red onion
1/2 fresh tomato
3 tbsps peanut butter
Salt to taste
Olive oil to thin
Method:
Remove the seeds from the Pasilla chile. Dry fry (ie. no oil) the onion and tomato for a minute or so. Then place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
