- tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 500 g prawns, shelled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Mix the flour, pepper and salt in a bowl. Add the prawns and toss well to ensure they are coated.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok and stir fry the prawns for around 3 - 4 minutes.
- Serve hot on lettuce garnished with sliced chilis, spring onion and chopped coriander leaf.
