I personally don't love remoulade. You can get a po boy with whichever condiment you prefer.

Ah. I had it in mind that po'boy was with meat (which it can be) so I thought you maybe it was surf 'n turf. Breaded prawns is fine but I have such pretty pink prawns it seems a shame to hide them.we will see...

You could break the rules and instead of breading them, just "blacken" them in Cajun seasoning.

It's hard not living on the coast, isn't it?

I do have about 6 pounds of 16-20 size shrimp in my freezer. Maybe I should make some blackened shrimp on brioche this week as a nod to po boy sandwiches. No way can I get the kind of bread I need up here. Man do I miss that nawlin's bread. So good!
