Now, I've said earlier that I've been craving a GOOD sandwich and was racking my brain...

Grilled/BBQ'd Mild Italian Sausage with sauteed Sweet Bell Peppers and Onions (a touch of Italian Seasoning as well), all topped with melted Sharp Provolone Cheese on a toasted Roll ... help me!!!
That was so tasty!!!

Found these in the freezer case at Costco, thought we'd give them a whirl... NO BUENO!!!
The rest of this box is going to the Food Bank.

A gorgeous Kaiser Roll, split, topped with Swiss Cheese for DH (White American Cheese for Moi), hard fried Egg and pan fried thick0cut Taylor's Ham aka Pork Roll, depending upon what part of America you life.
This was quite tasty indeed, but I could only eat half of mine ... DH is thrilled that he has more of this lovely sandwich for later

Lunch for Moi

Lovely thick-cut White Bread (from the supermarket), schmeared with loads of Best Foods Mayonnaise and Hickory Farms Sweet Hot Mustard and topped with leftover smoked Turkey Breast from DH's sammie the other day, YUM!
I haven't bought this brand of bread in a really long time, but it was on deep discount the other day when I popped into the market for just acoupla things... I bought two loafs.

On my phone when you're looking at a picture in the gallery it has an option to rotate.

I was going to say this is comfort food but tbh I find most Asian dishes give a lot of comfort!

If you google ‘Chinese egg gravy’ you’ll see plenty of versions. It’s ugly but oh so good.

You'll mostly find Cantonese dishes in Hawaii, but I'd never heard of this dish before.
And I WISH I could get flat Rice Noodles! Yes, yes, I know that I could make them myself, but ...
