Here it would be a miracle! We're getting 8 a day at the moment. I know there are at least 10 currently laying, probably more, but at least 3 no longer lay at all now thankfully (too old) and 1 hasn't started to lay yet (too young).

Costco Croissants, stuffed with Hard Fried Eggs, a slice of Sharp Provolone and fried Taylor's Ham aka Pork Roll... there's leftovers, I made three, on purpose, early day tomorrow.

This morning was our monthly Housecleaners visit and I like to go out to brunch while they do their thing.
We both ordered the same thing, Breakfast Sandwich with fruit.
I must say, this place does Eggs well. Even though they said it was 'hard-cooked' the were not in the least bit rubber-y, still a little soft, very tasty with the cheese and BACON!!
This was served on a Brioche roll by the way, real good.
OH! And freshly squeezed Orange Juice to wash it all down with, now how often do you see that?
