Show me your breakfast

Been eating a nut trail mix on my breakfast yoghurt since a week or two and it really makes a big difference in my hunger and energy level. With cereal I am hungry again in about three hours, but this takes me five to six. So I am going to keep doing this!

Here's yoghurt with trail mix and homemade cranberry chutney.

Leftovers from last nights dinner.
Sometimes that's my most favorite thing. I have been known to eat leftover lasagne at 8 a.m., or leftover pizza in the a.m.. I think it's a throwback to old college days.
