Lots of very neatly arranged Tupperware LissaC! I also note lots of eggs. I always have lots of eggs in stock. Its one of my favourite foods.

In winter yes, but summer in hot countries is problematic because the high temps can actually start the incubation phase of growing chicks.

I've never put them in the fridge. But then they dont last more than 10 days. Our home is insulated as well. Even with 33 deg days here our kitchen is still very cool.
