Very very simplified recipe

2 ready dough balls (mine were sourdough and about 300 - 350 gr each)
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1tbsp rosemary
2 small onions, thinly sliced
Coarse salt

Take dough balls from the fridge
Put olive oil in an oven tray
Stretch the first dough ball as far as it goes without tearing
Lay in the oven tray
Sprinkle with rosemary
Then stretch the 2nd dough ball and put on top of the first.
Flip around so both have been in contact with the olive oil
Cover tray and let the dough warm up to room temperature, pushing out the dough every now and again using your fingers or palm of your hand
After about 45 minutes, pre heat the oven to high
Add sliced onion to the top of the dough and sprinkle with coarse salt
Once hot, bake the foccaccia.
Turn the dish after about 10 minutes if your oven heats as uneven as mine.
Reduce heat
Finish baking, it will take about 30 minutes in total.
There will be some olive oil in the tray, but it will be taken up by the bread when cooling down

I should have called it Lazy Foccaccia as I had the dough already.
If you dont, then add the olive oil to the dough. It's the "normal" way to do things.
Some pics (they have been posted at the "what did you eat" thread already, but hey ...)

Before putting it in the oven (I actually spooned some olive oil from the dish over the dough, but it's not necessary at all)

Baked (gas oven, I always struggle to brown the top while not burning the bottom)

Trying to show of the crispy bottom

And just another pic, sliced

(Edit: I managed to change the title)
