Sriracha Mayonnaise Margarita
Yield 1 Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 tsp. Sriracha
1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 ½ oz. Tequila
1 ½ oz. Triple Sec (I used Cointreau, `cuz that’s what I had)
1 oz. Lime Juice (I used the stuff in the squeeze bottle, again, that’s what I had on hand)
Course Sea Salt, optional
Crushed Ice

Method:
Combine the Sriracha & Mayo well
In a mixing jar, add in ½ teaspoon of your now homemade Spicy Mayo, along with the Tequila, Triple Sec and Lime Juice, whisk until well combined.
The next step is optional:
Rim your glass of choice with more of that lovely Spicy Mayo
Place about a tablespoon of Course Sea Salt (or Kosher, which ever) on a small plate; dip the Mayo coated rim into the Salt
Add crushed Ice to the glass and pour in your Cocktail and enjoy!
