Stuffed Celery Sticks
Makes about 15 appetizers
Ingredients
7 medium celery stalks
1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped fully-cooked smoked ham
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
Directions
Wash celery and cut into 3-inch pieces (make sure celery is completely dry).
Mix remaining ingredients; spread about 1 tablespoon mixture on each piece of celery.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, then serve.
