This hardly warrants a recipe, but for completeness I've added one.

2-3 tbsp tahini (hulled or unhulled work equally well)
1-3 tbsp grape molasses (traditionally grape molasses is used but any other molasses could be used provided it is sweet, so not pomegranate molasses)
    Bread for serving

    • Mix the tahini with the grape molasses. Traditionally it is a 1:1 ratio but I find that too sweet for my tastes.
    • Serve with bread. Traditionally it is white bread and it is dipped into the tahin pekmez but there's no reason as to why you can't spread it on the bread as I have done.
Shermie and morning glory like this.
