Recipe Telor kecap with tempeh

I'd use tempeh if it were available here. Not a great fan of tofu - it doesn't do anything for me.
Just had a thought, though - there's a new Chinese supermarket opened up in Caracas, so maybe I'll nosy over there and see if they've got some!

Any other type of firm bean curd would probably be fine too
