Eggs in sweet and spicy soy sauce. Recommended to eat with some kind of noodles and green vegetables. Can be done without tempeh if you can't aquire it.

Ingredients:
5 medium or slightly soft boiled eggs, peeled
100 grams ready to eat tempeh cubes
1 medium onion
1 thumb length piece of ginger
4 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon tomato puree
2 tablespoons sambal of your preference
3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
6 tablespoons salty soy sauce
Juice of 1/2 lime
Sunflower oil for cooking

Preparation:
1. Peel onion, halve, and slice in thin rings. Peel ginger and garlic.
2.Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet, then fry the eggs on each side until golden. Remove from oil.
3. Add onions and tempeh to the oil in the skillet. Sautee carefully until both are golden brown, you might need to add some extra oil and use a low heat.
4. Add brown sugar, tomato puree, sambal and minced garlic and ginger. Stir into the onions and tempeh and make sure nothing burns, then add the soy sauces and lime juice. Let reduce for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the eggs, make sure they are fully coated with the sauce, and serve.
