Do you like Thai food? What is your favourite Thai dish? Here is one of my favourites:

Served as lettuce wrap is super appetizing & refreshing, you may also served with rice, spicy and delicious, and you just can't stop eating! simple and easy recipe, all you need to do is just be patient to dice and cut all the ingredients 😂

👩‍🍳Ingredients👨‍🍳
300g of Minced Pork
1 Kaffir Lime Leaf [optional]
⅓ stalk Lemongrass [optional]
2 Red Chili
2 Shallots
6 Garlic Cloves
2 Green Beans [optional]
3 Dried Mushrooms [optional]
1 bunch of Holy Basil
3 tsp of Oyster Sauce
2 tsp of Dark Soy Sauce
1 tsp of Sugar
1 tbsp of Fish Sauce
1 Lime

Method
1. dice green beans
2. chop lemongrass, garlic & shallots finely
3. soak the dried mushrooms until soften, remove the stem and dice them
4. tear kaffir lime leaf & chop finely
5. pick the holy basil leaves and remove the stem
6. prepare the sauce with all the seasonings listed in the ingredients above
7. heat the pan and add in oil
8. stir fry garlic and shallots first
9. then add in green beans, dried mushrooms, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf and chili
10. stir fry until aromatic then add in minced pork
11. keep stirring until pork is cooked, then pour in the sauce
12. when the sauce are absorbed, add in holy basil
13. turn of the heat and mix them well
