The CookingBites recipe challenge: chocolate

I know you prefer savoury dishes. Can I offer inpiration somehow?

The way I look at it is that cacao is in fact, a bean (and a spice in all but name). Dark chocolate adds a depth of flavour and slightly fruit like note to savoury dishes; vegetables, pulses and meat. It works supremely well with chilli (in sweet and savoury).

Just nothing right now that rocks my boat.

Quite agree.
Think Mexican, Central America, Venezuela, Perú.
Or West African recipes.
