This isn't a challenge entry (at least not for oils). My Indian lemon pickle is fermenting away quite nicely now. It would have qualified here with the amount of oil in it, but it was made for the pickles challenge instead. It is smelling incredibly as it ferments away at the moment.
There's 6 tsps of Kashmiri chilli peppers in there and my Kashmiri chilli pepper powder is incredibly strong. It has a few more weeks yet.
Almost all red liquid is oil! I'm expecting to remove some when it is finally transferred to jars.
