The CookingBites recipe challenge: cooking oils/fats

Can anyone give me a little reminder on how to view the recipes entries for a challenge in one place?
You click on the tag "cookingbites recipe challenge" at the top of each page in this thread. They will all be listed for the current challenge. That particular tag is removed from prior recipes each time a new challenge starts.

He was last seen Thursday a.m., I imagine he worked both Thursday and Friday...
I was hoping that the mention would send him an email, but having checked his settings, that one is turned off (default is on), so I've sent him a direct message instead which is still set to the standard default of on.

Hopefully we'll get a result soon.

I can stand in if you like but I will declare everyone a winner! The debacle that follows choosing the next ingredient will be well worth it 😂

Dried as in dehydrated in a dehydrator?
I bought shredded roast beef from the deli and it dried rather nicely in the oven with a mini computer cooling fan but with the bit of water remaining and the sinew of the meat I couldn't make it powder. It would hang on the blades of the processor and just spin around off balance. I don't have my 12 lb. mortar and pestle yet so that project turned into Pippi meat chunks...

I've still got the tallow and when I get the mortar and pestle I can publish a recipe. There was a place that sold shredded/powdered jerky but they're not around anymore I found put *after* envisioning the entry. 🤷‍♂️

Stuff happens and Pippi liked the mostly dried roast beef. 👍
