I suspect it is his work and family commitments. It is one of the reasons he stood down from moderator duties.I really hope that The Late Night Gourmet and his family are alright.
DH had some morbid ideas when I told him about this.
Even though the ingredients in the recipe challenge are commonly used in recipes, I was impressed by the creativity displayed throughout. There were entries that showed me how to make things that I love, and others that created things I never knew existed. This challenge hits all the notes for what a recipe challenge should involve.
