The CookingBites recipe challenge: eggs

Thanks on all the great entries. Each one is something I'd would love both to eat and cook the recipe.
First, the honourable mentions.

badjak 's Freestyle Noodles.
Badjak gets the Zen concept cooking prize for recipes using imagination, inspiration, mood and ingredients on hand - the mothers of all cooking inventions.

Morning Glory' s Whisky Braised Onions with Eggs. A really unexpected and inspired twist on a beloved dish that could also likely end up as a hair of the dog breakast for people we know. Love.

medtran49 's German Chocolate Dump Cake. medtran49 talented and super knowledgeable cook always knows a really great insight or ten into what makes a dish good or better or great and this time for a usually non repeat person to come back for more cake is impressive and no mean feat ... nuff said.

SatNavSaysStraightOn 's Dairy Free Brioche. Another of SatNavSaysStraightOn's masterly dairy free adaptations of must-have dishes for the dietary specific cook.

karadekoolaid 's Eggs with Tomato Kut. Indian spiced eggs with kka's signature standout talent for spice and flavouring combinations with tamarind and besan. I could eat these very often.

msmofet for Ms. Mofet's Easter Sweet Pie. For good reason the family keeps making this recipe and passing it down. Ricotta, cinnamon, nutmeg and lots of vanilla - what's not to love.

detroitdad for Deviled Eggs. Simple, elegant, to the point. And love the horseradish and pickles touch.

And the deserving winner is ...

JAS_OH for Sushi-Style Deviled Eggs.

Elegant, classic.Heaven in an egg. But also smoked salmon masago sushi and deconstructed taste bud nirvana. And the cook moved mountains and stopped at nothing to get the masago. Congratulations JAS_OH1

I'm astounded and honored, thank you so much for the kind words! Everyone had such lovely dishes, just wow!

Citrus I think for the new challenge ingredient? Or is that too broad?

Seems fine. We have never had grapefruit which is not surprising as many people hate it. But I love it so citrus would include that. Oranges we haven't had for ages and only once. I'll set up the new challenge.
