Any chance of an extension karadekoolaid? I've had a rotten week health wise and so haven't actually made any if the many recipes I have made notes for. A week would be good.

Also, entries in general are rather low in number and I'm hoping we will see more. Herbs should be accessible to everyone, after all ( dried or fresh).

I'm fine with that,Morning Glory. Extension until Saturday 14th June?
I'm actually rather disappointed that there are so few entries. I just can't believe that virtually no-one uses herbs. This week alone, I've used mint, basil, coriander, oregano, dill and thyme.

Similar here.
Just a bit of oregano on a pizza of toasted sandwich is a bit blah as an entry.
Lemme try think of something a bit more exciting

I use them just about daily but they're not the star of the dish. Shaken dried out of a jar is pretty meh. 🤷‍♂️
Herein lies the problem. Its a preconception that herbs are simply an addition to add a bit of flavour. Herbs can be the absolute star in many, many recipes with only a small amount of herbs being used. Think of tarragon chicken, for example.

They can also be the star in numerous, stuffings salad dressings, salsas etc.

Oh. And dried herbs can be sensational.

You are so right. Here's a superstar of the herbal variety that I posted a few years back: Chicken Rizzala ( Green Chicken Korma)

It wasn't for lack of ideas. I had at least one idea that I was going to make but there's so much going on in my personal life I didn't meet the current deadline and not sure that a week will help. It's not for lack of time, it's lack of focus.
