Would you believe? It's been 53 years since Woodstock?

I live watching old footage and documentaries of the concert. Two of my older sisters went. They were 14 and 15 at the time. I always look for them but they didn't get in front of the cameras I guess.

I obviously missed attending Woodstock as I was working/living in South Wales at the time, but I really regret missing the Isle of Wight festival two weeks later. A group of the locals in Abergavenny had arranged a trip to the festival and I didn't have to work as it was a long weekend. However, my parents had arranged to visit me from Leeds so I was a little flummoxed.

I was just too young, lol. I missed out on a lot in the 60s because of that. But I made up for it in the mid 70s and 80s!

Happy Monday peeps.

I had the weekend in Sydney slinging cheese for 10 hours at Mould Fest on Saturday then recovering with a cafe breakfast in the city on Sunday morning before coming back to my Sydney home to wash sheets and clean etc for the week ahead.

Here’s our very special Camembert with local truffle from Melliadora Farm, just 20km from the cheese making facility.

The festival was a lot of fun. The guys from Archie Rose Distillery were topping off our glasses throughout the day. Lunch break included woodfire pizza and beverages from Brick Lane Brewing.

Finally saw the pain specialist today. They didn't give me the regular pain doctor, but an actual anesthesiologist. And to my complete suprise, he prescribed buprenorfine stickers for as long as I need them because they are sure I have some for of reuma and they want me to be able to function.
I am blown away that this time I was listened to and actually prescribed something without even having to ask for anything. It was a very nice experience to finally have an understanding doctor.

We only have 1 neighbour and they arent kiwis and have odd habits including storing rubbish at the back of their section. Wife saw a rat at our back fence so I'm trying to catch him in a rat trap. Wifes named him Russell. Lol
