I'll take a drop in fuel economy for performance any day. Thanks and no, I did them all after I got the bike. The main differences that were obvious were the bike started much easily and quicker with less choke and it ran smoother with the new carb, airfilter system and true dual exxhaust. When I put the cam in it had more "mid range power and pick up" than with the stock cam. I was tossing up between the Andrews 13 and 27 and was told the 27 would be better for touring than the 13.
The only downside I have noticed is my fuel economy - that dropped a little from 50 - 55 MPG to 40 - 45 MPG![]()
