Since I’m not cooking anything right now, I’ll just post a link, if that’s ok. It’s the easiest thing to make:
Haluski (Cabbage and Noodles) - Homemade In The Kitchen
Really customizable - change up the noodles, add some protein of choice (I frequently throw in leftover ham or crisp up some bacon first), melt in some cheese, add a little cream to make it saucy, whatever you like.

I try to cook my cabbage because some people can have thyroid issue, same with kale.
Is raw cabbage a problem regarding thyroid?

Yes, raw cabbage has goitrogens. I used to eat them raw until I read or watch something on youtube. I don’t have thyroid problem, but my friend has it, she’s much younger than myself.

I like using cabbage in nasi goreng (fried rice), but also in stir fries.
Or just cooked/fried with garlic, onions and tomatoes. To be eaten with rice or pasta or mashed potatoes.

I bought a Taiwanese cabbage today, more flat and rounded, it’s supposed to be very sweet. I remember it used to cost a lot more at the farmers market, so I need to figure how to make the best of it.

I make napa cabbage slaw regularly. Not long ago I wrote about my Polish sauerkraut soup. I'm a cabbage head.

Interesting. I haven't seen such a thing. I normally use napa cabbage. It isn't related to Napa county in California. It is the American name for Chinese cabbage which is a relative of bok choy. You may want to check that out if you aren't already familiar with it.

A great Polish dish. Yours looks great. Mine has non traditional ingredients like butter, bacon, garlic, and a little vinegar. Thanks for the reminder. I'll put it on the schedule for next week.
