An easy tofu chicken recipe that can be used in varies recipes. I know that many people try their best to cooking their tofu, but I think that I have perfected it in this recipe for you. It consists of chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, and tofu. It is also a quick and easy summer breakfast idea. Ready in 30 minutes!
INGREDIENTS
• 150g chicken breast, minced
• 2 leafs lettuce
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1/5 teaspoon salt
• 1 tomato
• 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
• 1 package extra-firm tofu, drained and sliced
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix the chicken breast, black pepper powder and salt well in a bowl. Marinate it for 20 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, cook the tofu on both sides until browned. At the same time, stir-fry the chicken breast until cooked. Sprinkle the black pepper powder on the tofu and chicken breast. Then transfer it and set aside.
3. Assemble sandwich using the tomatoes, ketchup, chicken breast and tofu.
