I have togo shopping first, but from the weekly ad.
Monday - get some ready made food for my daughter and I, for my husband he will have turkey soup, bread with pate.
Tuesday - grilled chicken balsamic vinegar with Mediterranean salad, red cabbage, chickpeas, onions, avocado.
Wednesday - roasted leg of lamb, haven’t been doing this for years, lamb meat seem to be on sale, served with moussaka, a dish my husband and I had in Crete, it’s delicious. Eggplants are on sale for 39c.
Thursday - sometime of middle eastern wrap with some slices of the lamb, my daughter will not eat, she’s going out the whole day.
Friday - Local pizza with garden salad, shredded carrots and cucumbers
Saturday - shrimp quesadilla using Italian flat bread, and not tortillas.
Sunday - some kind of lamb pie with onions, carrots, and peas, crust on top only, nothing on the bottom, minimizing carbs
