Not trying to hijack your weekly menu, which I think is absolutely admirable. Using up things from the fridge/freezer is very important, and occasionally, we all forget about it.Samosas are done, I put a bit of egg wash to help seal the skin, they are flat, in a funny shape but they will taste good, will be served with ketchup.
Next time you make samosas, try this: Tamarind (Imli) Chutney It's definitely my favourite for samosas.
