They are oyster mushrooms :)

It started to spund like oyster mushrooms had changed into oysters ;)

They're absolutely magnificent. Is what I see in the photos about the maximum size for yellow oysters? Just asking because one of the few available mushrooms here in Caracas are oyster, and they're fairly large.
No they'll grow much bigger yet. These are just tiddlers at the moment.

I'd say they are yellow oysters. The box kits are brilliant. You really don't have to do anything.
Except water...

Unless you buy there ones you innoculate yourself. I also have blue oyster mushrooms, black oyster mushrooms and another...

Oddly, like everything else, they start off small and grow into larger mushrooms... the reason i think we'll be eating them tomorrow is because of the speed at which they grow.

I harvested my second satsuma tree, this is also a dwarf variety, I have 2 non-dwarf varieties in the front garden. The reason for harvesting is the big atmospheric rain is coming Tuesday, it might dilute the flavors of the fruit. It’s not much for a tree, but it’s dwarf and the vermin probably ate 1/4 of the tree already.
