What’s going on in your garden (2025)?

I just harvested some of my ginger.
Washing & cleaning it now.
Then some highly gingery dishes for today and tomorrow.
And to decide whether to freeze the remainder as is or to make into a paste first.

I also keep ginger on the freezer, usually whole and just grate it directly off the frozen rhizome.
 
Not a lot of sun these past couple of weeks so I've got oodles of green tomatoes on the vine. Bugs are getting full so the lot of those are going to the farmers market tomorrow. 💲
