What’s going on in your garden (2025)?

Overgrown yellow courgette, or perhaps a summer crookneck squash, but spaghetti squash has also sprung to mind.

It doesn't even look like any of the others! I'll cut it open later today.

Asparagus popped through. First of the season. Shirl planted out about 30 pea plants grown by me.
About 50 corn seeds planted some for us rest for our gardener and a mate.
Coriander looking healthy but not ready to be planted out yet.
When I say gardener he just does lawns and digs garden over for me.
Been having nice days so everything is growing well

What's going on in my garden.
God knows. I've abandoned it for the past 3 weeks...
I know what mine is up to. NOTHING... It was 0°C this morning... the only thing my seedlings are doing is staying hidden. But there is 1 tree in bloom (a plum that never fruits but is always laden with flowers) and it was buzzing with life and bees at lunch time when it was all of 9°C.

Its due to get warmer in the next week.

It took me a while. Some years are better than others. I used to get many cucumbers. The last two years I haven’t had any. I haven’t done anything different. Tomatoes always do well for whatever reason.

Mine is the same way. Nada for reasonable sized tomatoes last year, they averaged 3 or so ounces, and this year is great. Chili's always seem to do well.

Yep, been there, done that.
I carefully nurtured 6 different varieties of chiles , in pots, and they grew wonderfully. Replanted them in my kitchen garden, and they're horrible, grungy and miserable.
If I grow them up the top, they do fine.
