I have an Escali. It doesn't go up to 66 pounds, lol. But I love it just the same.Yes, Escali has always been my go to for kitchen scales.

I was watching a You Tube video, demonstrating different methods to poach an Egg.
I adore poached/soft boiled Eggs and Soldiers with a cup of Tea.
I am just rubbish at making though.
I was contemplate buying one of those electric Egg cooker thing-ies ...
Anyone have one that they like and use, that's the key, that you use.

They are two different things. I don't think one device can do both.
Egg poachers don't really poach eggs. The white sets quite firm unlike poaching in simmering water.
Egg boiling gadgets - I do have one. I got it because I thought it might be easy for hard boiled eggs. But I find they end up with black rings so I don't use it. Its OK for soft boiled but I find it easier to use a pan of water.
Soft boiling eggs is quite easy. Poaching takes a bit of practice and eggs must be super fresh.
