I've tried my new bundt cake pan and it's lovely! It gives the option of baking 2 or 4 different designs at the same time. So here's two small lemon bundts!

Making a batch of sourdough today.
Some will become bread, some pizza.
I don't have a "proper" oven, so I use my uuni pizza oven to make bread. Small round loaves, but very nice

I baked nothing at all. I had plans to bake a focaccia but couldn't squeeze it in with the rest of my chores. Tomorrow I will get it done. I promise.

Today - good old sandwich bread. I found a recipe from the NYT some years ago, and it works beautifully every time. Additionally, the bread stays fresh for 5/6 days!

I promised a focaccia and it is mission accomplished. I don't think I have ever made this the same way twice. I forgot to defrost the yeast so I had to use dry yeast. I didn't have any mozzarella so I used shaved Romano cheese. The result was not pretty but tasty and here is an image of it:

5 to 6 days is impressive. What's the secret ingredient?
