5 to 6 days is impressive. What's the secret ingredient?

Nope - absolutely not. The only chemicals I ever use in cooking are sodium bicarbonate, and sodium chloride.:happy::happy::happy:
I don't know why it lasts so long. Perhaps because it doesn't have any additives or chemicals in it.
It makes the most divine toast as well!
