What did you cook, eat or drink today (February 2019)

Lets see...yesterday I had my usual daily breakfast -- a chia/fruit cup and 2 chocolate boost drinks. (I'm working at gaining weight and muscle)

Lunch, a grilled cheese and a big chocolate milk.

Dinner, Malibu chicken and baked taters.
 
Blimey - you are lucky! Most of us struggle to lose weight. :)
Yep, most people say the same! I was sick and in the hospital (long story) and my disease made me lose both weight and muscle. The weight is taking forever to come back! I have always had a high metabolism and that don't help matters one bit! I'm getting muscles though that I didn't even have in my healthy years. So that's a huge plus!
 
Sweet potato and black bean chilli with chipotle in adobo and coffee, served with brown basmati rice.
