Not much variation I'm afraid. But I do enjoy gammon.

Lamb steak, roasted veg and a wild garlic pesto. Our own grown wild garlic too, first time I've made a pesto with it and it won't be the last.

I am deeply envious of your wild garlic. Tried to grow some last year but our garden doesn't have an area damp or shady enough, so it didn't survive!
