Lunch today is artichokes, very simple seasoning, and a mixed salad with avocado, cherry tomatoes, chicken, a dash of mustard, a pinch of poppy seeds and Evoo + lemon juice
Looks lovely! And if those are chickpeas in there it qualifies for the The CookingBites Recipe Challenge: BeansShawarma Chicken with Pomegranate and Tahini, from one of those Waitrose recipe leaflets. Was delish, and I got a "You can do this again".
Did it with some flat breads, I think the Persian type flavours made a nice change for both of us.
