What did you cook/eat today (February 2020)?

MrsTasty has informed me that her coney dog for lunch has filled her up, so the soup I was making for tonight will go into the fridge until tomorrow:

Y'know...apart from all the wonderful pictures of finished dishes, I'd absolutely loooove to see some photos of cooking a dish midstream from the members here. Hint...hint...

3 cups of crab, 2 slices of bread without crusts, eggs, white wine, seasoning, lemon juice and a bit of mayo, and that's it!

Since I had pea flour in my cupboard and not very sure about its use, I have decided to experiment and use it as I use chickpeas flour when I make a sort of very flat focaccia called Farinata or Cecìna

And that’s what I got: a Pea flour focaccia crunchy and pretty good. But I want to find out other new ways step by step

I picked up one of these kits because it was on offer at the supermarket.

I won't be getting another one, it was slightly disappointing and very sweet, but most importantly it tasted nothing like a Wagamama Yaki Soba which is my go to dish when we eat there. I will stick to doing my own noodle stir fries.
