Really? Only that.? I grew up with meat and two, sometimes three veg. Always meat though!

I had it as a side growing up, usually with pork chops. I had it as a main tonight - no meat tonight.

Have to clean out the fridge. A hamburger Patty from the weekend
Ribs and sausage that G cooked yesterday. Beets and beet greens. Chopped up. In the saute pan with chicken broth, the last TBSP of Sweet Baby Ray's and 1/2 juiced lemon. Cooked it down. Added leftover olive spaghetti squash. Butt ugly but very tasty.

Taken food out the freezer, mr7 wants chicken croquettes at last minute, I duly obliged. Tamarind chutney sorted, rhaita is 1/2fine onion chopped, grated 1/3 cucumber, chopped handful of mint. Pinch sugar, yoghurt, done.

The potatoes were cubed and boiled for 10 minutes, then chopped onion added and then boiled for a further 5 minutes before draining and mashing. I usually mix in the raw chopped onions after mashing but I tried this for a change.

So after Frittata Disaster I make Spaghetti with white wine, cream, onion, load Garlic wilt spinach an dice red pepper an smoked Prosciutto crudo. I hope better than Frittata if no I pack bag an go live in cave with bat !!!!

Cup of tea and and an an Anzac biscuit.and a piece of shortbread. I made both yesterday. I'm not a baker and don't really enjoy it, they came out real good. I'm getting bored,lol.
