Our first time using celeriac.

I don’t know if I’d ever heard of celeriac/celery root until I joined this forum. It’s not difficult for me to get, but it does involve driving to a bigger store, and the quality can be suspect.

Once I tried it, though, I found I really loved it.

Regardless of me making them, those were the best smoked chicken wings and best Sourdough I've ever had. Absolutely amazing.
