Going to get my cucumber kimchi started. This will be the real deal and not any of that "quick/refrigerator" quack stuff with a name of kimchi that's really marinated veggies...

Found a couple of bags of pulled pork in the freezer, so sandwiches, plus macaroni salad.

A pan-fried small strip steak.

Baked potato, broiled eggplant with a slice of tomato and cheese, AF cube steak, and yogurt to get me started. Pippi had half a cube steak, beef jerky, and tater tots with hot dog juice.

My IP will be done with my homemade yogurt later so some of that with raspberry jam for dessert.

I made 2.5 kgs of tamarind chutney today. Going to need it for up and coming events.
Then my wife said she wanted to eat some of that instant ramen, so I went to the supermarket and bought some.
THEN, I decided to make some veggies with satay sauce. That went down well with the ramen!

That reminds me: I still have some form of tamarind chutney lying around somewhere.

Anyway, had a big brunch, do dinner was olives, salami and red wine

Breaded and fried pork tenderloin sandwiches with mayonnaise, mustard, and pickles on brioche buns. Scarfed.

So is an almost quart of yogurt.

No pics because it's very hard to photograph, but despite the heatwave I stood in the kitchen for 2 hours to make lasagne and it was definitely worth it as a birthday meal tomorrow we're going out for dinner, so then I will post some pics!
