Not pretty, but very tasty, Venison loin with broccoli and Stilton puree, carob and red wine sauce.

Hubby did evening meal because I was apparently asleep...


The salad was lacking, well in salad really. There was barely a servingspoon each of rice salad left so he raided the salad drawer in the fridge and produced an overripe avo, some more flavoured tofu, the last of the Kalamata olives and he added a serving each of some mushroom crisps which are basically whole dried shiitake mushrooms with sea salt (and exceptionally tasty).

This is mine lamb n veg minced up waiting on mash potato later, it's only 2pm here, mr 7 coming for dinner tonight.

I think he did an excellent job.
