I just finish this Irish soda bread recipe using butter milk. My face skin is rather dry so I have to moisturize with Nivea daily. Mrs B thinks it is my increased yeast bread consumption. For a quiet life I made this loaf in under 60 minutes.

Nice. I love mussels, but they are hard to get in North Texas. White wine and garlic are perfect with them. I can do without the cilantro.

Last nights dinner was . Toasted soda bread cheese and turkey sarnie with bacon bark. Pud was pears.

Made a big batch of these teriyaki meatballs to take to a party yesterday, but made so many left some here at home to have for lunch today. I actually like these cold.

As usual, there's a video if anyone's interested including brief footage at the end of some of my drunk mates trying them at the party who wanted to be on YouTube. I bet they're regretting it now.
