New Sourdough pizza dough recipe

Very supple dough, even right out of the fridge. The yeasty, sourdough bakery taste is all there, and it's delicious. I decked it in the last 3 minutes, and it made the crust nice and crispy. Just as good, if not better, than my previous recipe.
I lost track of time, that was a 48 hour dough?
