Very supple dough, even right out of the fridge. The yeasty, sourdough bakery taste is all there, and it's delicious. I decked it in the last 3 minutes, and it made the crust nice and crispy. Just as good, if not better, than my previous recipe.

My first thought is why do you need tinfoil to keep the dog warm?
